Order Returns
Returns are only accepted if you provide an unboxing video at the time of parcel opening as proof. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

For size exchanges, the courier/shipping charges must be paid by the customer. For defective or damaged items (with valid proof), MRM Trendz will cover the return shipping.
