Delivery & Return Policy

At MRM Trendz, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience by ensuring timely delivery and a transparent return process. Please read the details carefully:

1. Delivery Policy

• All confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
• After dispatch, your parcel will generally reach you within 12 to 15 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.
• Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays. We request your patience in such cases.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the status of your parcel.
• Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details (name, address, pin code, contact number). MRM Trendz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, please inform us within 24 hours at info@mrmtrendz.com so we can coordinate with the courier partner.

2. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the customer provides an unboxing video recorded at the time of parcel opening as proof.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns raised without video proof or after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery.
• For size exchanges, courier charges must be paid by the customer.
• Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only for damaged or defective products, and only when valid video proof is shared at the time of delivery.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items.
• Accessories such as jewelry, innerwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products.
• Items returned without valid video proof or raised after the 24-hour return window.
