Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At MRM Trendz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

1. Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the customer provides an unboxing video at the time of parcel opening as proof.

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery.

• For size exchanges, courier charges must be paid by the customer.

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only if the product is damaged/defective and video proof is shared.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/discounted items.

• Accessories (e.g., jewelry, innerwear) for hygiene reasons.

• Items returned without video proof or after 24 hours of delivery.
