- All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- After dispatch, your parcel will usually reach you within 12 to 15 working days, depending on your delivery location, courier partner, and other circumstances.
- Delivery times may vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, logistical issues, or any unforeseen delays by the courier company. We request your patience in such cases.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details so you can monitor the status of your parcel.
- Please make sure to provide complete and accurate delivery details (full name, address, pin code, and contact number). MRM Trendz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping offers, if available, will be mentioned on specific products or during promotional campaigns.
- If the courier marks your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at info@mrmtrendz.com within 24 hours so we can coordinate with the courier partner.
