1. General

• All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as specified).

• We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and policies without prior notice.

• Product colors and images may slightly vary due to photography and screen differences.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Incomplete or fraudulent transactions may be canceled without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times are for reference; delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only if the customer provides an unboxing video at the time of parcel opening as proof.

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• For size exchanges, courier charges must be borne by the customer.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be provided only for defective/damaged products with valid video proof at the time of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

MRM Trendz shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
